This Lymphocyte Response Assay (LRA) is the gold standard in delayed hypersensitivity testing.  Unlike normal “allergy testing” which only checks IgE (your immediate responses to items like seasonal allergies and anaphylactic reactions), this checks your white blood cells 3 different ways for up to 512 foods & chemicals.  This is what can ultimately affect your thyroid function and autoimmunity.

2. Professional Choice Plus: 406 items (238 foods, 61 environmental chemicals, 28 molds, 45 additives & preservatives, 20 food colors, and 14 toxic metals.
