Schedule a Follow-Up Appointment

Step 1

Within 48 business hours of your previous appointment, you should have received a new lab order from your Provider:

  • If Labcorp, it will be sent to them electronically and you’ll also receive an emailed copy.  Please print the order and take it with you.
  • If you buy labs from us, visit our Store page to purchase the labs.  A copy of the order will then be emailed to you within 48 hours for you to take to Labcorp with you.
  • For all other lab locations, you will receive an email with your order.  Print it out and take it with you to whichever lab you choose.

Be sure to get labs 10-14 days prior to your next appointment.  To properly dose your medication, labs are required before EVERY appointment.  If you use any other lab other than Labcorp, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that you or we receive the results.  Just because a lab tells you they’ll send them doesn’t mean they actually will.  You should ask to receive your own results and have those available at your appointment.  NOTE: There will be no refunds if we don’t receive your lab results..

Step 2

To schedule your follow up appointment, please click on your state.  Your Provider should have given you a general timeframe on when to schedule your next appointment.  You don’t have to see the same Provider.  Remember that you must be physically present within that state at the time of your appointment.  Please schedule only 1 follow-up visit at a time.

NOTE: Dr. Henderson sees new patients in all of the following states.  For follow-up visits, you’ll be asked to make an appointment with her NPs and PAs unless you are a member of the Thyroid VIP program.  You can be assured that all Providers work with Dr. Henderson and have trained to practice exactly the same way.
