Additional Messages To Your Provider

Patients can write messages in between their appointments via the Patient Portal.  Since everybody’s time is valuable, if your message is longer than 500 words or takes your Provider a lot of time to read or respond, we feel that they should be compensated for their time.  This should be a very rare occurance.  We encourage that you first read through our website, especially the FAQ section, which has a lot of information and answers to common questions.  To message your Provider a question, fill out the following form.  The cost is $25 / message.  They will respond as quickly as possible, but please allow about 48 business hours for a response.
