Cancel or Reschedule An Appointment

If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment, please fill out the following form. You should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Remember that you must send the request at least 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment to receive a full refund. It normally takes 2-3 days for the refund to show up back on your credit card.

If you’d like to reschedule, you’ll also need to go back to our scheduling page and choose another appointment date.
